Delivery Policy

Here at Toasty Products Ltd and Toastyfresh, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

Upon receipt of payment for your order we arrange for manufacture and delivery.  Delivery times for our Toastyfresh Express range is within 4 to 8 working days from placement of order.  For special or large orders our delivery times are 15 to 20 working days (not including weekends) from placement of order.  We aim to speed this up where possible.

All deliveries are in temperature controlled vehicles.  We use selected Frozen Food transport companies based on the quantity of cases ordered and choose the best option for accessibility to the customers delivery location.


Who will deliver my Toastyfresh Frozen food?

Toasty Products Ltd. use professional Transport Companies that specialise in delivery of chilled and frozen food products.


How will I know my order has been dispatched?

We will contact you when your order is ready for dispatch to ensure a responsible staff member will be available to accept and take in the delivery.  Once confirmed, our standard delivery will be booked in (Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, day 1 for day 2).  When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification advising of this.


Will the delivery vehicle require special access?

Smaller delivery quantities (typically up to 20 cases) are delivered in vehicles that can gain access to the high street or other built up areas.

Larger Pallet quantities are typically delivered in a large articulated lorry with rear access only.  These vehicles require suitable access and are not always fitted with a tail lift.  This means a fork lift or manual unloading may be required.


How will I know when our delivery is due to arrive?

We make every effort by telephone and email to contact customers prior to delivery to confirm a responsible person will be available. You will also receive a dispatch email once the products have been collected by the Transport Company.

With pallet deliveries we make every effort to confirm that suitable lorry access is available and that a fork lift or offloading arrangements are available.


What do I do when my delivery arrives?

The delivery companies we use are professional transport companies that specialise in refrigerated transport.  Vehicles vary in size however all are refrigerated and maintain frozen product at or below the required temperature of -18 degrees C.


Temperature Control Responsibility

At the point of delivery, once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery paperwork has been signed by a customer representative, then the responsibility for temperature control and condition of the delivered food product passes absolutely to the Customer.

On receipt Toastyfresh frozen food products should be transferred immediately to a freezer at a temperature of -18 degrees C.

We receive Proof of Delivery confirmation from the transport company confirming a satisfactory delivery has been made.


What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

In the event no one is available for delivery the delivery driver will not leave the product.  Additional charges may be made where a delivery has to be returned to the delivery hub and stored.


How will my parcel be sent to Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland?

Postcodes included within this section are:


PH1, PH5-10, PH15-26, PH30-44



We have secured extremely good delivery rates for these areas however there will be additional charges.

All frozen food products to the Highlands will use our selected standard frozen delivery couriers.

Deliveries to the Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will be sent using selected palletised frozen food delivery transport.


Help, I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number – we will do everything we can to help.  Rest assured all Toastyfresh deliveries are fully traced and held at correct temperatures in temperature controlled vehicles.

If your order has been dispatched, we can track and trace it with our delivery couriers. We will inform you of the situation and the expected delivery time.
